Hieronder wat punten uit de brief die Peter mij mailde....
"Per 1 augustus aanstaande word ik benoemd in de functie van onderwijskundig beleidsmedewerker PCPO. Ik zal me in die functie twee dagen in de week voornamelijk bezighouden met passend onderwijs (waaronder onderwijs aan (hoog)begaafden) en kwaliteitszorg. De overige twee dagen ga ik ongeveer hetzelfde werk doen bij een onderwijsadviesbureau.
U begrijpt, dat ik heel lang heb nagedacht voordat ik de knoop definitief heb doorgehakt, want de Ark verlaat je niet zomaar. Ik heb hier 32 jaar met hart en ziel en met ontzettend veel plezier gewerkt. Maar met dit besluit wil ik voorkomen, dat ik over een aantal jaren voor de spiegel sta en zeg: “Je hebt dit nieuwe werk graag gewild, je hebt de kans gehad en niet genomen.”
Kunnen we dit ongemerkt voorbij laten gaan? Zo niet, heb je een suggestie?

Dit jaar is het alweer vijfentwintig jaar geleden dat wij De Ark verlieten. De tijd vliegt! Eigenlijk is het puur toeval dat wij in dit 'jubileumjaar' een reünie willen organiseren. Astrid zocht vorige week contact met mij, nadat ik haar een kattebelletje had gestuurd op www.schoolbank.nl. Voordat we het wisten, was de namenlijst compleet en hebben we gegevens van enkele klasgenoten kunnen achterhalen. Enthousiaste reacties volgden. Het ziet er dus naar uit dat wij nog deze zomer elkaar weer zullen ontmoeten!
